This project consisted of full project management for a new build house for a small developer client. They purchased the site with Planning permission, it was an old coach house at the back of an open piece of land.

The permission was for a 3 storey detached house with a basement and 4 bedrooms. We were appointed for overall project management to include complying with The Party wall etc. Act 1996, Health & Safety legislation, Building Control, Structural engineering and contract administration.

The overall design was to a very high specification, and we were involved with weekly visits throughout the construction. Two months after the property was completed it was successfully sold by the developer.
